2) Provide additional trees in parking lot interiors.

3) Include landscape treatments along all other campus streets (E 57th, E 61st & E 63rd)

4) Insure that landscape requirements are met via city code campuswide.

5) Define building heights/massing (possible higher density) in future layout.

6) Insure developer provides a more detailed master plan updates as project progresses (including higher density, future parking needs, lighting, sign placement, etc.)
